Andres Garcia

Mr. Garcia is an emergency management professional experienced in preparedness, planning, training, community outreach, and disaster operations. At the Miami-Dade County Department of Emergency Management, he trained representatives from more than 1,200 healthcare facilities on Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans and supported a vulnerable-populations registry serving over 3,000 residents. He also supported the County’s FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026 activations, serving as an aide to the Operations Section Chief during most activated matches.

Mr. Garcia currently leads efforts to strengthen the City of Hialeah’s Community Emergency Response Team through program development, volunteer engagement, training, and community preparedness. He also assists healthcare facilities with emergency planning and regulatory requirements. He is passionate about innovative problem-solving and building stronger, more resilient communities.
